Transaction excluded from the scope of VAT, as it does not fall within the provisions of art. 1 of Presidential Decree 633/72. Transfer with a €2.00 stamp duty. The exclusion from the scope of VAT is valid exclusively for subjects resident in Italy.

-Movable goods, even those registered in public registers, not intended pursuant to paragraphs 12 and 12-bis, may be intended for sale, with a ban on further transfer for a period of not less than one year, in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 5, sixth period, or destroyed
