-It should be noted that the handling and loading activities of the goods offered for sale will be carried out by the company's staff present on site. The cost for these activities will be borne by the successful tenderer and will be approximately €1,100.00 plus VAT. Consult the conditions of sale and collection
- We inform you that the goods offered for sale are made up of non-CE compliant goods, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant community directives. These goods can then be used internally
of the European Community only after they have been brought into compliance with standards; alternatively, they must be used exclusively as spare parts, which must not however be used for the
construction and assembly of new machinery, but used exclusively to replace worn equipment.
- The person who, at the end of the tender, has been awarded one or more non-CE compliant goods will be required to send the documents to aftersales@industrialdiscount.com no later than 24 hours after the end of the auction. indicated in the Conditions of Sale.
WITHDRAWAL NOTES:
- maximum time foreseen for carrying out the collection activities from the agreed day: 5 days
- It should be noted that a cold room is located in the basement, so it will be the responsibility of the successful tenderer to proceed with the dismantling to arrange for collection.
- Attention, at the end of the collection operations, insulate the electrical cables with specific material and close any connections to the water pipes with safety material to avoid leaks and flooding.
