Lot Description

Fruit and vegetable cooking and pasteurization system consisting of:

• 2 cooking pans with steam mixer of about 400 liters each
• A hot tub including conveyor belts
• A cold tank including conveyor belts
• A cooling tower
• Envelope drying station
• Electric control panel
• Software with PC

Fruit and vegetable cooking and pasteurization system includes two 400-liter stainless steel pans each equipped with an internal mixer and a tap for discharging the product for cooking, two large hot tubs with a product conveyor belt, and another cold tank to cool the bags and finally, a drying unit that includes two large air blowing motors, and finally the product falls on a rotating table.
In addition, all the accessories for the construction of the steam network and the cold chain serving the pasteurizer are provided, as well as the cooling tower that can be seen in the photographs accompanying the machines, the electrical control panel the whole is half new used less six months.
