In order to access the documents stored in the Virtual Data Room, it is necessary to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement available between the attachments, which must be sent to itauction@pec.it together with a copy of the identity document of the concerned and Visura (the latter is not necessary in the case of a natural person).
The Individual Store are located in Milan, Genoa, Naples and Verona and can be inspected by appointment.
The single Points Sale are sold in the state of fact and by law in which they are.
The harvest of the irreversible offers of purchase paid a deposit related to every point sale of which above it will actually take place within and no later than at 12.00 pm of the day 19th December 2018, through use of the special form, available among the enclosures
