Sale of current company in Sona (VR) having the announcement of the cultivation and sale of ornamental plants, fruit and turf, with related fertilizers, fertilizers, pesticides and similar products, sale of sale of fertilizers, pots and accessories for gardening and nursery gardening as well as the purchase of garden design and construction;
The business complex is composed of:
- machinery and related accessories, various equipment, furniture, office furnishings and machines, cars and trucks, warehouse inventories and in general all the movable and movable goods recorded analytically indicated in the inventory and in the appraisals drawn up by the appraised expert appraiser from the curatorship.
- registered and unregistered trademarks, domain names, company names, logos and all other distinctive signs attributable to the company and goodwill;
- administrative authorizations, licenses, permits and concessions issued for the operation of the company in question, even if not expressly mentioned here and if still valid and effective;
- contracts relating to the organization (administration of electricity, gas, water, software licenses, etc) and the operation of the company (contracts with customers and other suppliers, financial leasing contracts etc);
- employment contracts currently in place with 33 employees;
The company does not include other assets, rights and legal relationships, nor debts, credits or contracts in place other than those indicated in the Sales Regulation.
It should be noted that a third party who holds the position of tenant is currently carrying out the activity at the registered office in order to preserve the corporate values ??of both tangible and intangible assets, in particular for the protection of the value of goodwill and 'business organization;
The tenant has submitted an irrevocable offer to purchase the company at the price of € 230,000.00;
The company is therefore put up for sale in a SINGLE LOT with a request for the presentation of higher offers, (for more details, refer to the appraisals of the company and the assets that make it up) at the starting price of € 230,000.00.
In order to participate in the auction you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hands to be delivered without fail at the registered office of IT Auction srl in via G.
