Bankruptcy no. 10/2021 Court of Cremona
It should be noted that on 03.11.2021 the Delegated Judge ordered the sale en masse in a single lot of the following movable assets of the aforementioned bankruptcy:
- Kymco motor vehicle with 125/150 cc engine registered in 2014;
- Fiat Punto Van truck registered in 2007;
- Fiat Panda truck registered in 2008 (crashed, not working)
- Fiat Doblò vehicle registered in 2010;
- Suzuki Burgman motorcycle, registered in 2005
- 4 used bicycles;
- 4 used folding bicycles;
- 2 PCs and barcode readers used;
- used office furniture (various components).
BASIC PRICE € 2,000 plus statutory VAT
All the goods offered for sale are used and particularly dated; they are obsolete, worn out and appear at first glance to have no significant economic value. Cars and motorcycles have an advanced state of wear, with high mileage.

The current bidder and any other bidders must send their irrevocable offer in a sealed envelope sealed by the bidder without identification marks and signed on the flaps to the Office of the Trustee in bankruptcy, by 12.00 on 13 January 2022 with indication of the price. offered not lower than the base price indicated above.
In the presence of more bidders, a tender will be announced by the Bankruptcy Trustee with increasing bids, on the highest one received, with bids not lower than €. 100.00 plus VAT of law
