Car practices following the awarding of the contract will be carried out at the Effe car practice agency in Faenza. The prices indicated in the Price List may be subject to change due to increases in PRA taxation (IPT, fees, tax stamps), MCTC (stamp duty payments, MCTC fees) and are binding only after the invoice has been sent by the Effe Agency.
Abilio cannot establish as of now a certain timeframe necessary for the processing of the bureaucratic procedures as they change according to the Court of jurisdiction.
Please note: In the event of the sale of movable property registered with the PRA, the participation of users who intend to export such property abroad for purposes connected with the sale is precluded.
