The trustee of Bankruptcy n. 35/2019 of the Court of Catanzaro

to submit guaranteed purchase offers for the movable property owned by the aforementioned procedure and indicated below by 17 january 2025 at 12.00:
- Furgone Fiat Scudo 120 Multijet, targato DG835PW, anno 2007, Km rilevati circa 301.759;
- Autovettura Mercedes Classe S, targato CJ931DH, anno 2001, km non rilevati.
To formulate the irrevocable purchase offer it is necessary:
a) register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated there;
b) send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 17/01/2025 at 12.00, with one of the following alternative methods:
• in a sealed envelope, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered mandatorily to the headquarters of Abilio s.p.a. in via G. Galilei n. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA);
• via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in the case of sending the offer via certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
The goods are located in Sorbo San Basile (CZ) and can be inspected by appointment.
