IT Auction cannot guarantee nor define a precise timing for what concerns the documentation that has to be produced to complete the practice as the sale of the vehicle is linked to a Legal Procedure. This means that the procedure requires the following actions by the Professional in charge:

2. Deposit the Report in Court
3. Produce a certified copy of the above-mentioned document
Agenzia Effe will complete the practice only when received: the certified copy of the Report, of the documentation requested to the tenderer, and the payment.
