The sale of these lots is intended exclusively for subjects operating as scrap dealers, specializing in the storage and recovery of ferrous scrap.

The person who, at the end of the tender, has been awarded one or more goods not in accordance with the EC standard, will be required to send the indicated documentation to the address report@itauction.it no later than 48 hours from the auction closing in the specific sales conditions

If the aforementioned documentation is not sent within the time specified, the bidder will automatically be deemed to have lost the award and the procedure will be entitled to forfeit the deposit paid for the purpose of participation as a penalty. The defaulting contractor will also be removed from the portal, with the impossibility of participating in new auctions.
