Please note that for residents in Italy, the sale of movable assets falling within the category "agricultural vehicles" (lot 1) is exclusively aimed at subjects that can be classified as:
- agricultural or forestry companies;
- companies that carry out agro-mechanical processing;
- public bodies, consortia and companies that rent agricultural machinery;
- traders;
- private individuals, provided that they purchase self-propelled agricultural machinery and agricultural trailers only if the maximum mass at full load technically admissible does not exceed 6 tons.
We also inform you that the sale of movable assets falling within the category "agricultural vehicles" (lot 1) is also aimed at subjects who are not residents in Italy, who will have to provide for the deregistration for export.
