SALES NOTES

- The tractor being sold in this lot is owned by a third party. It will be the responsibility of the interested party to verify, with the motorization authority of his province of residence and before formulating an offer, the possibility of carrying out the paperwork for the transfer of ownership.
The lot being sold has registered agricultural vehicles. It is specified that in the event that the successful tenderers are:

1. Companies with registered office in Ravenna = the transfer of ownership will be carried out at the Effe car processing agency in Faenza at a cost of €200
2. Companies with registered office outside the province of Ravenna = will have to carry out the ownership transfer procedures at the competent MCTC.

- It should also be noted that it will not be possible to export the lot.

WITHDRAWAL NOTES
- We inform you that it is difficult to collect the lots offered for sale as one or more goods must be moved to collect each lot. It will be the contractor's responsibility for each lot to arrange for the movement of the goods that hinder the withdrawal of the awarded lot, once the awarded lot has been released, it will also be the contractor's responsibility to reposition the moved goods in their original location.
