Sale pursuant to Article 107 paragraph 1 L.F.
Competitive tender for the rental of a farm based in Marsala.
The rented company consists of movable and immovable property indicated in the report "Immissione in possesso" under no. 13 to be considered an integral part of this notice.
The contract will have an annual duration, with the possibility of tacit renewal of the same duration, except for early termination in the event of an award to third parties during the sale, including individual branches of the company and / or sale of the company property, in case of the right of withdrawal by the Judicial Administrator or in case of revocation of the seizure of company assets.
Bids for an amount lower than the aforementioned auction base but within the limit of 25% of the basic auction price will also be considered valid and effective.
The contract must also provide that the rent is paid in advance monthly installments, as well as the obligation to check the initial and final inventory amounts, also having regard to inventories.

The provisional award of the leased assets of the company will take place in favor of the highest bidder at the end of the auction.
