Lot Description

Judicial Liquidation: 5/2023
Court of L'Aquila
Transfer of:
- movable assets under the Procedure indicated in the epigraph, described in the appraisal report, as specified in Annex A, the assets are located in the municipality of L'Aquila;
- pending legal relationships, such as:
- N. 2 Contracts for the supply of goods with retention of title, for which reference is made to Annex B and Annex C
- N. 1 commercial rental contract, referred to in Annex D.

It is specified that:
- the Procedure has received an irrevocable purchase proposal relating to lot 1 - auction no. 8006 of the Insolvency Procedure.
- On 03/28/2024 the Trustee received an irrevocable purchase proposal for the amount of 90,000 euros (ninety thousand euros/00) plus legal charges;
- the Procedure intends to start a sales experiment, setting the irrevocable purchase proposal received as the auction basis, the methods of implementation of which are regulated by the tender specifications;

BASIC AUCTION PRICE: Euro 90,000.00
MINIMUM OFFER: € 67,500.00

ASYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC SALES PROCEDURE
(possibility of receiving electronic offers, pursuant to art. 24 Ministerial Decree 32/2015)
on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it

The electronic offers must be received by the presenters of the offer no later than 12:00 on 20/05/2024 by sending them to the PEC address of the Ministry offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the pre-compiled form available within the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The electronic offer is considered deposited when the receipt complete with delivery is generated by the certified email manager of the Ministry of Justice.

The asynchronous auction takes place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 05/23/2024 from 11:00 am onwards and will last two hours, unless further bids are submitted.
