- It is not possible to establish whether the equipment is still functioning.
- The equipment is in a bad state of conservation.
- The machines in the condition in which they were inspected have not suffered verifiable interventions.
- The machinery having not undergone constructive modifications, manipulations or interventions to circumvent the verifiable safety devices are found in the original conditions foreseen by the manufacturer and is therefore not necessary a new certification procedure.
