On 27/07/2023 at 10.00 am the competitive sale will be held on the www.quimmo.it portal of the following asset:
LOT 3 - AUCTION N. 21129: Corporate sale of hotel residence consisting of real estate and movable assets, located in San Teodoro (SS), in the locality of La Pipara. The hotel residence is included within a tourist hotel complex called "Resort Grande Baia", also made up of a hotel for sale with Ad Code 21128.
This is a so-called "residential" hotel, i.e. a hotel residence made up of 36 buildings divided into 150 apartments with different construction types for 450 beds, a technical centre, two storage rooms and two apartments for office use. Said compendium by virtue of the resolution adopted by the Municipal Council of San Teodoro it is possible to change the intended use into a private residence to be allocated for sale to the extent of 20% of the private volume. Finally, there are a further 2,698 cubic meters to be built for a further 14 apartments and plots of land of 227,487.00 square meters intended for private green areas that cannot be built on.
The property is completed by the movable property pertaining to the hotel residence.
