Lot Description

 COLLECTION OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The hot-dip galvanizing plant is a set of equipment, treatment tanks and machinery all aimed at obtaining a single product; a metallic coating, by immersion in a bath of molten zinc at 460 ° centigrade.

The plant is composed of the following equipment:

- n. 6 loading and unloading stations

- n. 4 overhead traveling cranes to transport the material between the various workstations and the treatment tanks

- n. 2 trolley translators for moving the materials being processed from one lane to another

- n. 1 treatment tank in metal structure and polypropylene coating for containment of degreasing liquid

- n. 6 treatment tanks in metal structure and polypropylene coating for pickling liquid containment

- n. 1 treatment tank in metal structure and polypropylene coating for washing water containment

- n. 1 treatment tank in metal structure and polypropylene coating for containment of flushing liquid

- n. 1 hot air drying oven at 120 ° centigrade

- n. 1 hot dip galvanizing furnace fueled by natural gas with ARMCO pure iron molten zinc container

- n. 1 suction and abatement system for white fumes produced by the galvanizing oven

- n. 1 acid vapor extraction and abatement system

- n. 1 liquid flushing treatment plant

- n. 1 heating system drying oven and treatment liquids

- n. 1 galvanizing oven heating system

- n. 1 cooling tank for finished product

- n. 1 treatment liquid storage system

- n. 1 molten zinc suction pump

- n. 1 bucket for demattaggio
