The bankrupt company had as its object the production of custom-made modular furniture in wood, metal and plastic materials for shops, pharmacies, bars, hotels, boats or ships in general, campers and caravans; the creation of false ceilings, coverings and paneling; the production of objects in wood, metal and plastic materials; polishing and lacquering of wood and metal.

All subjects interested in formulating and submitting an expression of interest must send to the pec busdev.neprix@pec.illimity.com no later than 04/04/2021 at 12.00 p.m. the expression of interest drawn up in writing based on the indications provided in the Call for Expressions of Interest.

The company assets are made up of:

- equipment, including various woodworking machinery such as numerically controlled machines, planing machines, edge banding machines, sanders, pantographs, planers, calibrating machines, horizontal sizing machines, painting plant and resin coating plant;

- of warehouse stocks, raw materials, wood of various types and thicknesses, various hardware, n. 7 vehicles;

- the Midà trademark registered with the Ministry of Economic Development;

- the workforce of 18 employees still currently employed by the Company.
