COURT OF VICENZA C.P n. 20/2018
It is noted that the Court of Vicenza has ordered the opening of a competitive procedure pursuant to art. 163-bis l. bankruptcy. for the submission of irrevocable offers relating to the commitment to:

- hire, within 30 days of the award, the business unit owned by PCF Srl with a sole shareholder in liquidation, currently rented, consisting of the assets organized for the production and sale of funeral coffins and complementary artifacts ( company property located in Rossano Veneto (VI), Via Bassano, n.56, plant, equipment, machinery, furnishings, hardware and other capital assets of the complex, financial leasing contracts and other pending business contracts, business contracts in progress execution, employment relationships with all employees currently employed by the tenant);

- purchase, by 15 July 2022, the aforementioned business unit, paying the price at the same time as the signing of the sales contract;

- to conclude, within 30 days of the award, an estimation contract concerning warehouse inventories (raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and, more generally, materials related to production, valued in the amount of 1,000,000 euros, 00 as at 30 June 2020) and with agreements similar to that in place with the tenant;

- purchase any remaining warehouse at the end of the lease;

- issue, within 15 days before the creditors' meeting, a first demand surety guarantee issued by a bank or a first insurance company, to guarantee the payment of the balance of the consideration for the purchase of the business unit.

The hearing for the examination and resolution on the offers and for the eventual tender between the highest bidders is set for May 4, 2021, at 11:15 am, at the Court of Vicenza, before the Delegated Judge.

The offers in sealed envelopes must be presented at the office of the Judicial Commissioner in Vicenza, Contrà San Marco, n. 37, by 12 noon on 3 May 2021, according to the procedures specified in the decree and must be accompanied by a non-transferable cashier's check for an amount equal to 5% of the price offered or, alternatively, by a first requested guarantee and without exception. for the same amount issued by a bank or a leading insurance company, as a deposit.

Offers are not allowed in whole or in part subject to any condition aimed at limiting or excluding their effectiveness in whole or in part.

Base price: euro 3,800,000.00 (three million eight hundred thousand / 00)

Minimum increase: € 50,000.00 (fifty thousand / 00);
