Sale of a company branch having a corporate purpose with the corporate purpose of the laboratory production, assembly and marketing of medical surgical devices (in particular for transfusion centers) consisting of the movable assets of the failed company (Clean Room - cleanroom - extended m2 .87.20, laboratory furniture and equipment) and the lease agreement of the property where the activity with an annual rent of € 6,000.00 is located

The business complex consists of movable capital goods for the exercise of the activity and the lease contract as specified in the notice of sale. The licenses for the exercise of the activity are not included in the sale as they cannot be transferred as they have expired. For the exercise of the activity, it will be necessary to request new certifications.

It should be noted that:

- the assets indicated in the appraisal of No. 24, 25, 26 and 27 (registered movable assets) already sold are NOT part of the company branch.

- The owner of the realestate where the aforementioned company is located has communicated the cancellation of the lease contract, which will expire definitively on 30/11/2021
