The CT / M Numerical Control cutting machine, built by Comelz Spa, is a machine for cutting leather or synthetic materials similar to leather, leather, some types of cardboard, foam rubber and fabrics up to a maximum thickness of 10 mm.
The cut is performed by a blade that oscillates vertically at high speed; a computer controls the cutting head of the machine which advances according to a memorized trajectory, keeping the angle of the knife always coincident with the tangent of the trajectory in the working point, in real time.
