Lot Description

Lot consisting of n. 2 agricultural tractors:

- Landini agricultural tractor, model TL 25 DT / B, year of first registration 1991, 4078 cc, 61 kW diesel, plate CE28764 / Chassis n. 5389R03171. Provided with registration certificate.
- Landini agricultural tractor, model R 4005 super, year of first registration 1965, 2498 cc, 32.3 kw, registered MI10288. Provided with registration certificate.

SALE NOTES
The lot for sale is inclusive of a registered agricultural vehicle. It is specified that in the event that the contractors are:
- Users residing in Ravenna = the transfer of ownership will be carried out at the Effe di Faenza car agency at a cost of 190 euro
- Users residing outside the province of Ravenna = will have to carry out the transfer of property to the MCTC of competence.

- It is also specified that it will not be possible to export the lot
- The tractors sold in this lot are in the name of third parties. In order to verify the ownership and for the completion of the transfer of ownership practices, the Procedure may make available to the successful bidder a copy of the Sales Declaration and the Transport Document for the CE 28764 vehicle, a copy of the invoice of sale and copy of the Transport Document for the MI10288 vehicle. It will be the responsibility of the interested party to verify, at the motorization of his / her province of residence and before formulating an offer, the possibility of carrying out the procedures for the transfer of ownership with this documentation.
- The tractors sold in this lot are in the name of third parties. - The subject who at the end of the tender will be awarded one or more lots (lots 3 and 4) forming part of this auction (provided that the award value is equal to or greater than € 10,000.00) will be required to send by certified email, within and no later than 48 hours from the close of the auction, to the e-mail address abilio@pec.illimity.com the documents indicated in the specific conditions of sale and collection.

NOTES FOR COLLECTION
- maximum time for collection activities to take place from the agreed day: 1 day
- We inform you that the withdrawal of the lots offered for sale is difficult as for the collection of each lot it is necessary to move one or more goods. It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder of each lot to move the goods that hinder the collection of the awarded lot, once the awarded lot has been released, it will also be the responsibility of the successful bidder to reposition the moved goods to their original location. The costs of these operations will be borne exclusively by the successful bidder.
