The lot being sold has registered agricultural vehicles. It is specified that in the event that the successful tenderers are:
1. Companies with registered office in Ravenna = the transfer of ownership will be carried out at the Effe car processing agency in Faenza at a cost of €200
2. Companies with registered office outside the province of Ravenna = will have to carry out the ownership transfer procedures at the competent MCTC.

- companies that carry out agro-mechanical processing;
- bodies, public consortia and companies that carry out agricultural machinery rental activities;
- Merchants.

- The tractor for sale in this lot is registered to a third party. In order to verify ownership and to carry out the transfer of ownership paperwork, the Procedure may make available to the successful bidder a copy of the Declaration of Sale for the vehicle with registration number FR17852. It will be the responsibility of the interested party to verify, at the motor vehicle registration office of his province of residence and before making an offer, the possibility of completing the transfer of ownership paperwork with this documentation.

- Notice is hereby given that the collection of the lots offered for sale is difficult because the collection of each lot requires the movement of one or more assets. It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder of each lot to move the goods that obstruct the collection of the lot awarded, once the lot awarded has been vacated, it will also be the responsibility of the successful bidder to reposition the goods moved to their original location. The costs of such operations shall be borne exclusively by the successful bidder.
