Lot A) Company in a single lot

consisting of vehicles, movable assets such as furnishings, equipment, systems, tools and machinery, commercial start-up as well as employees made up of 8 subordinate workers and n. 2 real estate.

On 30/07/2020 we communicate that in addition to n. 8 employee contracts transferred with the company lease contract specified in the current sales notice, the tenant hired 2 subordinate workers with fixed-term contracts with current expiry dates respectively on 31.08.2020 and 30.11 .2020

Real estate is identified as follows:

1) Craftworking workshop located in the Municipality of Civitella di Romagna (FC), with pedestrian and vehicular access from Via B. Buozzi n14 and Via S. Pertini n 2, distinguished in the Building Cadastre on Sheet 71 Part. 262 Sub. 7 (ex sub 1 from appraisal appraisal) plan T, cat D / 7, r.c. Euro 4,009.60 and related urban area in the Building Cadastre on Sheet 71 Part. 262 sub 5 cat. F / 1.

2) Craft workshop located in the Municipality of Civitella di Romagna (FC), with pedestrian and vehicular access from Via S. Pertini n 3 B, distinguished in the Building Cadastre on Sheet 71 Part. 87 Sub. 29 plan T, cat D / 7, r.c. Euro 1,679.60.

It should be noted, with reference to real estate with an eternity roof covering that, should it be necessary to intervene before the award or transfer of the company compendium, the entire cost possibly incurred by the bankruptcy procedure must be fully reimbursed by the successful tenderer.

The credits and debts (not dependent on employment contracts) relating to the company are not included.

The company offered for sale is subject to the production and marketing of light and heavy metal structural work, as well as the stamping and bending of metal sheets and other metal materials.

The company, acquired under the assets of the procedure, is currently the subject of a company lease contract.

The offers may be presented alternatively for the "Company Transfer" (Lot A) or for the "Company Branch" (Lot B).

The receipt of offers presented for the entire company complex (Lot A) will prevail over any offers presented for the Company Branch (Lot B).
