Creditors' Agreement no. 8/2015

SALE OF A BUSINESS COMPLEX DEDICATED TO CONCRETE PREFABRICATED PRODUCTION 

The company branch is composed of machinery, equipment, office furniture and equipment, vehicles and vans, earth moving machines and formwork for the production of prefabricated elements, as better described in the appraisals prepared by Ing. Maurizio Piergallini (company), from Eng. Roberto Raciti and from Eng. Livio Iacovella (movable and registered assets that make up the company), documents that can all be viewed on the website www.industrialdiscount.it.

First experiment, starting bid price equal to the estimated value indicated by Maurizio Piergallini, € 940.800,00, plus legal charges if due

The transferred company does not include further assets, rights, charges, and in particular does not include credits, shares, debts or contracts. The tenant company, as communicated, has 47 employment contracts, 40 of which are permanent and 7 are temporary. The TFR debt is accrued in the company starting from the beginning of the pending lease contract. This provision, up until 09/30/2019, amounts to € 180,000.00.

It is notified that the company is being sold for rent.

It is also acknowledged that the activity is exercised in the buildings owned by the company in agreement, occupied precariously by the tenant who has undertaken to release them within six months of the definitive transfer of ownership of the properties to third parties .

These real estate assets, in fact, are the subject of a separate competitive procedure aimed at their sale.

The contractor of the company notice of sale, together with the stipulation of the deed of purchase, shall in effect take over the obligation to release the property within the above deadline.

not later than the 19th of February at midday.

Offers must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, at the address itauction@pec.it or by hands to be delivered without fail to the head office of IT Auction s.r.l. in via G. Galilei n. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA) (in a sealed envelope and without any sign of recognition).
