- Notice is hereby given that the forecourt where the vehicles will have to move for the collection of the goods belonging to Lots 1 and 2 has iron tie rods emerging from the concrete. It will therefore be the responsibility of the successful tenderers at the time of collection to cut them. Failing this, any damage to the vehicles used for handling shall not be attributable in any way to the Procedure and abilio spa.
