Within this area there is a factory for the processing and production of perforated bricks.
There are several production areas that begin with an external area for crushing the material, mixing and refining the base material (sand and clay) which takes place through crushers, feed bins, rolling mills, mixers and all the associated conveyor belts. Inside, the base material enters a mixing and drawing line, cutting machines, conveyor lines, staplers for loading, platforms for entering the dryers, conveyor lines to the ovens and finally machinery for strapping, palletizing and storage. For a fairly mechanized process that begins with the preparation of the mixture, the shaping of the bricks, and continues with drying, cooking and ends with storage. The line is still in fair condition and has been stopped since October 2021. For its possible reactivation, regeneration and cleaning interventions will be necessary and, in all likelihood, the replacement of some mechanical parts. 27/11/2023: following a further inspection it was found that the lot being sold had suffered vandalism and damage. Interested parties are invited to carry out an on-site inspection
