Lot Description

Production line for Sicilian terracotta tiles and channels. There are different production areas that begin with an external area where mixing and refining the material
base (sand and clay) through supply boxes,rolling mills, mixers and all associated conveyor belts.
Inside the base material comes in two different lines (tiles and Sicilian tiles) and passes through mixers, machines for the cutting, conveyor lines, loading staplers, platforms for entry into dryers, conveyor lines to ovens and finally machinery for strapping, palletising and storage. The stocks have been inventoried within the site: spare parts especially for the production line machines (crowns, bearings, pinions, PVC tapes, electrical elements, bricks. The line presents itself still in fair condition even if stopped for a couple of years and for its possible reactivation they will be necessary regeneration and cleaning interventions and, with good probability, interventions to replace some mechanical parts.
