Sale of a branch of business owned by a bankrupt company having as its object the national road haulage of goods on behalf of third parties whose headquarters are located in the property located in Verona, via Meucci n. 6.
The buyer may evaluate the acquisition of the capital goods introduced by the lessee in the context of the branch of business and to continue the employment relationship with the employees currently employed by the lessee's company.

Base sale price: €48,000.00 (forty-eight thousand euros) - Base price including the additional goods making up the fixed assets of the branch of business: €255,310.00.

The electronic sale with "asynchronous" mode will take place on 03/11/2025 - 03/13/2025.

The lot constituting the branch of the company consists of a license and goodwill and is currently rented by a third party without right of pre-emption. The analytical description of the property and the estimate of the value are indicated in the appraisal report of the consultant of the procedure; it should also be noted that the branch of the company also consists of additional goods that can be purchased as described in the context of the appraisal report.
If the successful tenderer is interested in purchasing the additional goods, viewing them is recommended.
