Transfer of the business unit consisting of the company carrying out the clinical analysis laboratory activity, for which the company has received definitive institutional accreditation at the operational headquarters located in Santa Maria Capua Vetere at Corso De Carolis n. 39, having as its object the activity of Laboratory Medicine: "Basic general laboratory with specialized sectors A1 (Clinical chemistry without Toxicology) and A2 (Microbiology and seroimmunology without PCR)", Quality Class 3 (Structure ID n.ST02945), with Decree n. 36 of 02/07/2014 issued by the Campania Region. For this activity the company has received the health license from the Municipality of Santa Maria Capua Vetere n. 58 of 03/17/2017.

The branch of the company consists exclusively of this institutional accreditation with the Campania Region and the health license issued by the Municipality of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, as the Judicial Liquidation procedure did not inventory movable assets or warehouse stock and the lease contract for the property in Santa Maria Capua Vetere was terminated on the date of opening of the Judicial Liquidation.
