The books are sold pursuant to art. 74 of Presidential Decree 633/72 with VAT paid by the publisher (Italian law).
In the event of a sale within the EU or outside the EU, the assignment will be "non-taxable" (Italian law).

The bidder undertakes to choose among all the volumes a quantity for a maximum value of € 1,000,000.00 of the selling price to the public, with the commitment to macerate the remainder.
The volumes will be sold with VAT paid pursuant to Article74, paragraph 1, letter C) of Presidential Decree 633/1972 for a maximum value of € 1,000,000.00 of the selling price to the public.
