COLLECTING EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Dr. Leopoldo Mason, in his capacity as Liquidator of the Compulsory Administrative Liquidation n.22/2024
NOTICE
that offers are collected for the goods as listed in detail in the attached document called "List of goods" and briefly indicated below:
- Books for children and teenagers from various publishing houses;
- Various objects for children and teenagers;
In order to submit your offer, you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it by following the instructions indicated therein and also send your expression of interest no later than 12.00 on 26/09/2024, via the sending the offer form attached to the sales sheet using one of the following methods:
- in a sealed envelope, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered mandatorily to the headquarters of abilio S.p.a. in Via G. Galilei n.6, 48018 Faenza (RA). The irrevocable purchase offer, together with all the attached documentation, must be contained in a closed envelope, which must exclusively bear the words "Auction no. 8431 – L.C.A. n. 22/2024 – Dr. Leopoldo Mason”, without any other indication added. In the case of shipping, the above-mentioned sealed envelope must then be inserted inside a second shipping envelope, where the recipient and the relevant address will be indicated.
- Via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in the case of sending the offer via certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature. The irrevocable purchase offer, together with all the attached documentation, must be contained in the certified email communication which must include the words “Auction no. 8431 – L.C.A. n. 22/2024 – Dr. Leopoldo Mason”, without any other indication added.
