The change of ownership of this vehicle will take place at car practice agency Effe in Faenza.
Please remind that you must pay the following cost of agency fees:
- € 120 + VAT in case of vehicle purchased by a private person + additional transcription costs.
- € 100 + VAT in case of vehicle purchased by a dealer or in case of plate cancellation + additional transcription costs.
- € 100 + IVA to update the registration certificate of yellow plate vehicles except for agricultural machinery
- € 400 + IVA in case of vehicles won by EXTRA UE customer
IT Auction cannot guarantee nor define a precise timing for what concerns the documentation that has to be produced to complete the change of ownership as the sale of the vehicle is linked to a Legal Procedure. This means that the procedure requires the following actions by the Professional in charge:
1. Receive the auction Report including the tenderer data from Agenzia Effe
2. Deposit the Report in Court
3. Produce a certified copy of the above-mentioned document
Agenzia Effe will complete the procedure of change of ownership only when I possession of: the certified copy of the Report, of the documentation requested to the tenderer, and the payment.
To be noted that the procedure above mentioned does not apply to vehicles with “yellow plate” as they are not registered to PRA.
