- To guarantee the correct and complete performance of the operations for the withdrawal of lots 2-3-4-6-7-10-11, or for the entire block, the successful tenderer will be required to pay a guarantee deposit of € 3.000 from pay no later than 5 days from the confirmation of the award to the coordinates that will be communicated at the same time as the confirmation of the award as a deposit for any days of delay and / or any damage that may be caused to the realestate during the withdrawal. This deposit will be returned at the end of the withdrawal operations if the times indicated are respected and if the realestate in the same state in wich was before the withdrawel
-The plants and equipment are in use of third part; it should be noted that the withdrawal of themt can only be carried out after the emptying of the same from the processing material and the disposal of any waste by the subjects who use the equipment. It is therefore not possible to establish the timing of the withdrawals and therefore no dispute can be taken into consideration
