The
auction is subject to a reserve price. In the event that at the end of the auction the best offer
received will have exceeded the reserve price, the offer will be deemed
automatically fair from an economic point of view and the person who submitted
the best offer will be deemed the winner of the auction. In the event that, at
the end of the auction, the best offer has not exceeded the reserve price, the
same will still be subject to the Procedure, which will have full discretion to
express its economic congruity judgment, which undertakes to communicate
through ITA to the auction winner. Where the aforementioned judgment is
negative, the offer will be deemed rejected, vice versa, in the event of a
positive judgment, the bidder will be considered for each auction winning
effect.
