ADVERTISING
Liquidazione Coatta Amministrativa no. 159/2004

- The Cooperative in Liquidazione Coatta Amministrativa boasts a creed of nominal € 311,030.86 from Mr. Omissis as a principal sum for compensation for the damage caused to it and as recognized and quantified by the Court of Rovigo, sentence no. 116/2010 published on 1 March 2010 not appealed and therefore definitive.
- As a result of the legal costs incurred, even after the aforementioned sentence, as well as the interest paid for the period 17 October 2007-22 February 2011, the credit of the Cooperative came to be quantified in a total of € 358,729.05, as per deed of precept notified to the debtor by registered letter dated 2 March 2011.
- The liquidator received a proposal for the purchase of the credit with the formula without recourse from the company Omissis, which offered the all-inclusive sum of € 4,000.00 taking on the notary and ancillary costs of the purchase.
- The Supervisory Authority authorized the Liquidator Commissioner to assign the credit to the Mr. Omissis under the conditions proposed by the promissory purchaser, making the assignment subject to verification of the existence of other subjects willing to formulate improvement proposals for the purchase of the credit, verification to be implemented through the publication of a notice consistent with the offer received on a specialized website and through other forms of advertising deemed most suitable and appropriate for the greater dissemination of the news.
- It is the intention of the Liquidator Commissioner to transfer the residual credit towards the Mr. Omissis through a public tender procedure, under the conditions all indicated in the Notice of sale.

BASIC AUCTION PRICE: Euro 4,000.00 with transfer without recourse

The package containing the offer and the administrative documentation must reach the Liquidator Commissioner at his operational headquarters in Verona, Via Saval n. 23 under penalty of exclusion, by 1pm on 29 July 2022 by hand delivery to the office secretariat every day (Monday to Friday) from 9.30 to 13.00 or by registered letter with return receipt. or authorized delivery agency.

The opening of the envelopes (or the award in the event that no further offers are received in addition to the one presented by the promissory buyer) will take place in a public session, which will be held on 1 August 2022 at 11 am at the offices of the Liquidator Commissioner, in Verona, Via Saval n. 23.
