Creditors Agreement no. 05/2015 of the Court of Campobasso
Sale of assets forming part of the company complex of companies subject to composition with creditors, whose corporate purpose is the construction activity in general, the execution of road works, the construction and maintenance of power lines, electrical and hydraulic systems, construction of water and sewage networks, the restoration of monumental buildings.
Among the assets we highlight:
- Fiat trucks
- Komatsu operating machines
- scaffolding kit
- pneumatic hammers
and more.
It should be noted that as of today there is a company lease agreement with a duration of 4 years, expiring on March 31, 2021; Negotiations are currently pending for the continuation of the aforementioned contract, but it should be noted that in the event of an award, the Company complex will be returned immediately.
