Lot Description
- Artwork by Kate Atkin entitled Study, Relief7, year 2007, dimensions cm. 80x121.5x25 with hollow wood technique, papier-mâché and various materials. The artwork is signed on the back by the artist.
- Used lightweight metal shelving made up of iron uprights and sheet metal shelves, partly assembled and partly disassembled.
The person who at the end of the tender will be awarded one or more lots forming part of this auction (provided that the award value is equal to or greater than €10,000.00) will be required to send an email to aftersales@industrialdiscount.com, within and no later than 48 hours after the auction closes, the following documentation:
- Completed and signed anti-money laundering form necessary for the correct fulfillment of legal obligations regarding anti-money laundering, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. of 21 November 2007. 231, as amended by Legislative Decree of 25 May 2017 n. 90 which implements in Italy the provisions of Directive 2015/849/EC relating to the prevention of the use of the financial system, for the purpose of money laundering, of the proceeds of criminal activities and terrorist financing (the specimen of which is available on the data sheet sale of lots);
- valid identity document, if a natural person, or Chamber of Commerce certificate updated within the three months preceding the date of sending, if a legal person, for the purpose of a timely and preliminary verification of the requirements of the aspiring bidder.

- maximum time for collection activities to take place from the agreed day: 1 day
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015.
