Bankruptcy no. 25/2012 Court of Cremona - Ex Crema
Shareholding of 50% of the share capital of the company "Immobiliare 90 di Aldo Lauria and Mario Locatelli Snc" having its registered office in Crema (CR), via Monte Pietà n. 2.
Corporate purpose: purchase, sale, exchange, subdivision, construction, restructuring, management and management (the latter of own assets) of real estate in general.
It is specified that:
- The Procedure received an irrevocable bonded purchase offer, with maturity 31/3/2022, for a total amount of € 10,000.00, plus purchase costs, concerning 50% of the shares of Aldo Lauria's 90 Real Estate Company and Mario Locatelli Snc;
- The Procedure intends to launch a sales experiment by setting the irrevocable purchase offer received as the basic auction price.
At the end of the auction, the award cannot be final because, as required by the company statute and in compliance with the code of law, the Curator will notify the shareholders of the essential elements of the best offer received in order to allow the exercise of the right of first refusal.
