The Extraordinary Commissioners of Blutec S.p.a. in A.S. give public notice and invite all interested parties who meet the requirements of these Regulations ("Interested Subjects") to formalize their irrevocable, binding offer for the purchase of 3D printers located at the Termini Imerese (PA) plant
System PROX 950 stereolithographic 3D printer complete with ProCure 1500 UV Chamber UV-A oven.
The Offers must be delivered, under penalty of exclusion, within the peremptory deadline of 12:00 on the day 30th September ("Offer Deadline") in paper form at the office of the notary Igor Genghini, in Rome viale Liegi 42
The Interested Parties who have made a request for access to the Virtual Data Room, already set up and made available by the Procedure, containing information relating to the aforementioned real estate and movable assets, may submit an Offer, in accordance with these Rules.
