Extraordinary Administration 02/2020 of the Court of Catania
The procedure informs that, by the deadline of 8 March 2022 at 12:00 under the conditions indicated in the notice, binding irrevocable purchase offers from the Company owned by PAPINO ELETTRODOMESTICI SPA, having as its object the commercial activity, are collected , both wholesale and retail, of household appliances, furniture, household and furniture items, household appliances, hydro-thermosanitary items, radios, televisions, telephones, electrical equipment, software, computers and items for electronics and information technology in general , or of individual branches of the same Company indicated below and constituting, for the purposes of the sale, autonomous and separate lots marked by the number in the margin indicated:
B. Business branch consisting of the store located in Adrano (Ct), in Via Casale dei Greci 55;
P. PAPINO business branch consisting of the store located in Belpasso (Ct) in the Valcorrente locality in the local site within the shopping center called "Etnapolis"
Those interested in purchasing the company or parts of it, after having validly registered on the website www.industrialdiscount.it and having carried out the due diligence activities, must submit a binding and irrevocable purchase offer, together with all the documentation listed below, by registered letter, by courier or by hand, at the office of the Extraordinary Commissioner Avv. Marco Spadaro, Via Andorra n. 5, 96100 SIRACUSA, no later than 12:00 on 8 March 2022.
The opening of the packages containing the binding offers will take place on 09 March 2022 at 09.30 at the Notary Public Dr. Alessia Di Trapani.
