100% shareholding of the share capital of the company “Parisea S.r.l. in liquidazione ”with registered office in Palermo (PA), Via Marchese Ugo n. 32.
It should be noted that the procedure received an irrevocable offer to purchase the asset put up for sale at a price of € 4,000.00 plus charges;
The basic acquisition price cannot be less than € 4,200.00 , equal to the offer already acquired by the procedure with the addition of the minimum raise of € 200.00
In the absence of offers in the tender, the award will be made in favor of the person who submitted the offer in the hands of the Legale Receiver.
